At Core Football Elite, we are dedicated to developing top footballers and athletes through a holistic approach built on three core pillars: Technique, Conditioning, and Support, ensuring you develop into a versatile and well-rounded player.

Core Pillars: Technique – Conditioning – Support

Technique

Experience high-repetition drills to enhance technique and cognitive abilities, ensuring you excel in every aspect of your game.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Defenders: Defensive heading, mastering 1v1 situations, anticipating and intercepting passes.
  • Midfielders: Passing and receiving techniques, variety of passing styles, mastering different types of crosses.
  • Attackers: Finishing from crosses, shooting accuracy, effective combination play.

Conditioning

Each session begins with strength and conditioning exercises to enhance speed, strength, and agility, essential attributes for excelling on the pitch.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Strength Training: Programs tailored to your specific needs and goals. Progressive overload, HIIT circuits, full body workouts incorporating football-specific movements designed to elevate performance. 
  • Speed Training: Plyometric drills, running mechanics, resistance and sprint load variations.
  • Agility & Balance Development: Ladder drills, change of direction exercises, explosive movements, BOSU and resistance band variations.

Support

At Core Football, we prioritise holistic player development. Our program includes 24/7 support for players and parents, as well as monthly Zoom sessions focused on player progress and building resilience off the pitch. We also provide essential mindset development tools to foster success, boost confidence, and cultivate a positive mental approach.

Key Focus Areas:

  • 24/7 Support: Building strong relationships with players and parents to support their football journey.
  • Monthly Zoom Sessions: Discuss development and share experiences.
  • Nutritional Guidance: Access to free expert advice for optimal performance.
  • Gym Program: A football-specific strength program designed to elevate physical performance.
  • Mindset Training: Tools and exercises to improve mental resilience and cognitive awareness.

  • Wednesdays: 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM
  • Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 8:15 AM

Investment Options

Subscription Options:

  • 2 sessions per week: $99 (Designed for the players who’re fully committed to improvement!)
  • 1 session per week: $60

All subscriptions are aligned with our 4 week blocks. You will have the option to continue or cancel at the end of each cycle. There will be no refunds for missed sessions.
